Muted colors...

Good morning and happy Thursday to you all! Today is another Design Team Thursday with My Thoughts Exactly. Today I have a project that I started making for another design team and then it evolved into something completely different than I was thinking. I added a few (ok maybe a lot) of MTE stamps and I just couldn't wait to show you, so I'm sharing it today. I used the Many Thanks set from MTE along with SVGs from several different places, I'll to list them as you look through the pictures. Now I must warn you the colors are much more muted than what I usually work with but I kind of like how it turned out.

The rainbow, clouds, and hearts are all from SVG Attic. The card design itself is from the wonderful Lenae of Sugar Gem. If you have seen a card like this before here or over at Sugar Gem then you know the image in the window rotates. Can you guess the colorless rainbow turns into?
Ok so that was a little obvious maybe. Neither of these pictures show it very well but the clouds and all the little grey hearts are glimmer misted. As the colors were all muted I kept the colored rainbow muted as well by using my watercolor pencils and blender pens to soften the colors. Are you wondering where the MTE stamps are yet?!? Well here they are!
OMG I just realized the scallop circle that rotates is the wrong way in this picture! If you had rotated the colorless rainbow to reveal the colored one the hearts should all be upright >.< Well anyway, all those cute little hearts as well as the 'thank you for being my rainbow on a cloudy day' sentiment all come from the Many Thanks set. I am sure you are all getting sick of seeing this sentiment but it is one of my favorites. I have been having a terrible week so far, nothing at work had been going as it should, and no matter what when I get home Mr. Crafty Rocket Science can always put a smile on my face. Here's a close up of the sentiment and the 'balloons.'
Those cute little clovers are also from SVG Attic. In fact all the little hearts on the front are from the cutouts in the clovers, I just couldn't throw them away. The twine is all from the Twinery.

Well that is all for me today. Don't forget to stop by Benedicte's blog and Kendra's blog to see what they have created today. Also be sure to stop back on March 1 for the March stamp release!

Happy crafting!
