Sprinkled with Joy

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you are enjoying your long weekend. We are visiting our families this weekend and enjoying a little State Fair fun. Mmm fried everything on a stick, how can you go wrong? :) Back to crafty which I have done a little of this weekend. I completed 2 sets of 8 cards for a silet auction benefit to help a family friend that was diagnosed with lung cancer. Be on the look out for pictures of them sometime later this week.

Now it is time for another MTC/SVG Monday over at The Scrapoholic. This week the theme is fall and Jill has some fantastic leaf and sunflower files. I created this little card for my big brother who just got an awesome new job! I know sunflowers for a guy...but I thought it was fitting for getting a new job.

Here is a close up of the sunflower tile I used. Isn't it awesome?!? Jill did an great job on these! The tile is approximately 4" square.
The sentiment is from the My Thoughts Exactly Sweet Thoughts set and the twine is from Trendy Twine.
I know this is a short post but it's late and I'm exhausted so be sure to stop by The Scrapoholic and check out the rest of the design team's inspiration. If you are on facebook be sure to check out the giveaway that Jill is hosting on her fan page. While you are there I would love if you'd join my fan page as well, I'm so close to a custom url name!

Happy crafting,
